Choose your unit type (2 BHK or 3 BHK), floor. Pay the booking amount via NRE/NRO account wire transfer. A booking receipt and allotment letter are sent to you digitally.

Sale Agreement
The Sale Agreement is prepared as per RERA norms and sent to you for review. You sign the agreement and return it via courier. The signed agreement is the legally binding contract between buyer and developer.

Home Loan (Optional)
NRI home loans are available from SBI, HDFC, ICICI, Axis, and other major Indian banks — typically up to 80% of property value. Our team assists with documentation and bank liaison. Loan EMIs can be paid from your NRE/NRO account.

Construction-Linked Payments
Payments are made in stages as construction progresses — per the RERA-compliant payment schedule. All payments go into the RERA escrow account. You receive construction updates and photos at each milestone.

Registration & Possession
The sale deed is registered at the Sub-Registrar's Office in Trivandrum. If you cannot be present, a POA holder in India can register on your behalf. On possession day, we conduct the handover walkthrough and hand over keys. Your new home is ready.

NRIs and PIOs can avail home loans from leading Indian banks and NBFCs. The loan amount is credited directly to the developer's escrow account and EMIs are collected from your Indian NRE/NRO bank account.

Loan-to-Value
Up to 80% of property value. Balance 20% is paid by the buyer as down payment from NRE/NRO account.
Loan Tenure
Up to 30 years. EMI can be paid from NRE/NRO savings account or through remittances from abroad.
