N. Kochaniyan Unnithan

He is one of the founder promoters of Cordial group and a leading light in the real estate industry. Being the prime facilitator behind Cordial’s stupendous growth he has taken care of the real estate operations of the company and uses his expertise to foresee the expectations of the customers. He spared no efforts to put Cordial on a high pedestal in the region. He has over 39 years of experience in the construction industry. Extremely inventive, careful and precise, unfettered by the false notions of the day, he has been driven by customer friendly operations without compromising on quality in construction.

He has received numerous awards from the State Government, leading business groups of India and other esteemed organizations including awards from the Kerala Chief Minister for the successful completion of Secretariat Annex Building and from Department of telecommunications for timely completion of project in Central Kerala.

Apart from his work, he has also shown his social commitment by undertaking multiple projects of providing financial aid for the health treatment of poor, constructing houses for the poor and helping NGOs through Cordial Trust of Charity.

Sushama Unnithan

Mrs. Sushama Unnithan is a director of the Company and she cooperates and coordinates office administration, Human Resources department and charity activities of the company. She’s a proud alumnus of N.S.S Hindu College, Perunna where she did her bachelor’s in Commerce. She’s been pivotal to the growth of the company, providing support for all the activities of the firm.

Jt. Managing Director

Karthik K

Mr. Karthik K is the Jt. Managing Director of the Company and he heads the marketing and operations activities of the company. He’s a proud alumnus of Loyola School, Trivandrum and he did his graduation in civil engineering from College of Engineering, Trivandrum. He did his MBA from National Institute of Industrial Engineering, Mumbai (NITIE) where he interned and received a pre placement offer from Aditya Birla Group for revamping their entire warehouse operations. Post MBA he’s worked in Aditya Birla Fashion and Retail Ltd, heading the retail division of Allen Solly for Mumbai Urban and for Trafigura PTE, overseeing the supply chain division for Zinc in West Europe.

He is also the Technical Director of Cordial Foundation Pvt Ltd overseeing multiple projects including the prestigious Cordial Skyview project in Jagathy, Trivandrum.

Mr. Karthik has received numerous awards illustrating his academic excellence, leadership skills and extra-curricular abilities as well. He’s come in the top 4 teams in P&G CEO Challenge during MBA and was the runners up for Leagile event conducted by IIT Bombay. He’s also headed and been part of multiple clubs and committees in both CET and NITIE.

Apart from work he’s a football fan, a travel lover and a moviebuff.
